One of the main reasons 4-H is such a popular Youth Development Program is that it is fun! For many members of Junior Teen and Teen Council, this is why they join. When a group of teens come together to work for a common goal, they are going to find a way to have fun while they learn. New youth are always welcome!

Junior Teen Council - Most 1^st and 3^rd Thursdays of the month (4pm) @ the Extension Office. 
Teen Council - Most 2^nd Thursdays of the month (4pm) @ the Extension Office. 

 

Provide Leadership Opportunities to Youth

Leadership is a necessary quality for a person to possess if he or she wants to be successful in life. Through serving on a Junior Teen or Teen Council, a person can gain leadership skills through training and experience.
