AQUANAUTS: UNDERWATER ROBOT ACADEMY

TIME: 9 AM - 3 PM  FOR AGES 10-14

Enter the realm or robotics and under-sea exploration!  In this Aquatic Engineering Academy, cadets participate in mock underwater challenges, learning robotic design, engineering, programming, and problem solving using "Lego Mindstorm". This camp is for beginner Robotics enthusiasts, opening the doors to kids that are good with their hands and have creative imaginations.

Cadets will spend most of their time building their robots and learning how to program them on computers (up to an hour at a time).  Some ability to focus helps.  Building and programming is broken up by competitions, group activities relating to underwater exploration, and breaks. Lunch is served daily.
